雅思阅读：场场热搜？不存在的！
难！难！难！
就在3月12日至3月26日短短十来天的时间，雅思阅读就“荣登”两次热搜榜！有不少考生反馈考试三篇文章（新西南木制品工业变迁；鸟类智慧；皮亚杰的贡献）难度很高。
具体难度体现在：文章描述难度随梯度升级，无法定位，选词填空甚至需要概括才能做题，时间根本不够等。
实际上，搜集数据就会发现：多次雅思热搜，考生们都吐槽过以上问题，当然还有以下问题：匹配题好多，headings好难，选择题全靠猜等。
我们会发现：考试过程中有难度的题目肯定是存在的，但不是所有题目都难。所以根据自己的目标分数，在有限时间内把能做对的题目做对才是王道。
在备考过程中，若你还有这样的苦恼：明明觉得自己平时练习还不错，可是会觉得考试考题就是比平时练习的难，分数一直挣扎在6分左右，苦苦到不了7分。
别担心，三个思维帮助你！
1.精读能力要加强
一定要清楚明白的是：大概阅读并不叫精读！
换言之：大概读懂并不代表精确读懂，那题目错了就没办法。精读最基本的要求至少要满足以下点中的任何一个，或者全部满足：
1)句子结构清晰。
2)没有生词。
3)能根据句子结构translation。
4)或者能根据结构做到paraphrase。
例如以下的题目(622)：
题目：Research carried out by scientists in the United States has shown that the proportion of people over 65 suffering from the most common age-related medical problems is 14 ........................ and that the speed of this change is 15 ........................ .
对应原文：In the last 14 years, the National Long-term Health Care Survey has gathered data on the health and lifestyles of more than 20,000 men and women over 65. Researchers, now analyzing the results of data gathered in 1994, say arthritis, high blood pressure and circulation problems - the major medical complaints in this age group - are troubling a smaller proportion every year. And the data confirms that the rate at which these diseases are declining continues to accelerate.
若不注重结构，就可能把14题题看成：medical problems is_____。会浪费很久时间，做出来有可能还是错的。
正确的做法是：
A. 看离空最近的信息——-is.
B. 找is的主语（必须要满足主语和谓语保持单复数上的一致）是proportion。
C. 找到原文的proportion。
D.看原文proportion所带的信息点：smaller proportion=proportion is small；
15题也是一样的做法。
2.在已有的基础上
把语言基础能力再上一个台阶
能力提升当然包括词和句，词就需要积累熟词僻义；句就要注意定语状语等修饰的运用；
例如以下题目中的第6题（1281）
题目：17th century: George Ravenscroft developed a process using 6 .......................................... to avoid the occurrence 7 ........................................... in blown glass.
对应原文：A major milestone in the history of glass occurred with the invention of lead crystal glass by the English glass manufacturer George Ravenscroft (1632-1683). He attempted to counter the effect of clouding that sometimes occurred in blown glass by introducing lead to the raw materials used in the process.
若你能知道LEAD还有“铅”的意思，那么这题一定不会纠结于raw material 或者其他答案甚至是填不出来。
或者如下题目（1281）
题目：4000 BC: 3 ........................................... made of stone were covered in a coating of man-made glass.
对应原文：Archaeologists have even found evidence of man-made glass which dates back to 4000 BC; this took the form of glazes used for coating stone beads.
若能知道定语的形式和定语之间的转换运用，那么这个题就可以轻松的得出答案为：beads。
因为题目中made of stone做的填空处的定语；原文中stone做的beads的定语。
3.适当放弃个别难题
例如以下题目（1343）
题目：What is the reviewer’s attitude to advocates of positive psychology?
A. They are wrong to reject the ideas of Bentham.
B. They are over-influenced by their study of Bentham’s theories.
C. They have a fresh new approach to ideas on human happiness.
D. They are ignorant about the ideas they should be considering.
原文对应：‘Happiness is the ultimate goal because it is self-evidently good. If we are asked why happiness matters we can give no further external reason. It just obviously does matter.’ This pronouncement by Richard Layard, an economist and advocate of ‘positive psychology, summarizes the beliefs of many people today. For Layard and others like him, it is obvious that the purpose of government is to promote a state of collective well-being. The only question is how to achieve it, and here positive psychology - a supposed science that not only identifies what makes people happy but also allows their happiness to be measured - can show the way. Equipped with this science, they say, governments can secure happiness in society in a way they never could in the past.
若读了2遍都不能选出非常确定的答案，就可以直接放弃了，不再浪费时间；
雅思阅读6分到7分你需要做到的是：能做的做对，不能做的题目尽力思考，实在做不来的不焦虑，可以有一部分题目不做完，但做完的保证正确。
