【思路】Three ideas to support the affirmative position:

1、 Their future jobs may require them to speak to a crowd of audience, and the beforehand development of the skill is necessary.

2、 Shy people need the training to improve their personality.

3、 Students who possess the potential can further develop their ability. 【此论点在sample文中略，大家可在留言区写下自己的内容，笔者看到后回复评价哟~】

三、作文示范

Even though that may be occasional, many professions require their workers to speak in front of a crowd of audience. Therefore, the skill must be fostered, better before a person joins the workforce. In addition, the benefits of this ability go beyond the workplace. It thus is advisable that a university offer a course that requires all of its students to develop the skill.

注意与句之间的联系。

Body

As is mentioned above, being able to speak to a crowd may be one of the requirements of a future job.【接下来，要么会解释，要么会举例，要么同时解释和举例。如果同时解释和举例，没有先后顺序。篇幅由什么决定？太简单的理由就不要bb太多。】 For example, if a graduate finds a sales position, he or she may need to present a product or service to a crowd of potential clients. When the graduate grows to be a supervisor of a division after a few years of work, he or she may need to hold meetings and speak to the whole team. 【如何减少句子的数量？句子的信息量丰富。如何丰富句子的信息量？给句子加状语是典型方式之一。】 There are similar cases in which a person does this thing, and there is no need to make a list. 【类似“冲破第四堵墙”的话语。】 Therefore, to prepare their students for their future careers, institutions of tertiary education should provide the training. 

达到这两个目的就好，不要冗长拖沓。

Secondly, shy people need the training to improve their personality. By giving speeches, introverted people can obtain the chances to foster speaking and communication skills. To those shy people, this oral presentation skill greatly enhances their sociability. Take me as an example, I used to be a shy girl and did not like to talk with others; however, I became confident after taking a public speaking course in my school. I practiced to speak and communicate without fear, and, as a result, I turned to be out-going and made lots of friends later. From then on, I am willing to show myself in front of a crown of people. What's more, I am capable of expressing my ideas in a logical and well-organized way.

* 举例部分的措辞太口语了，是“太”。

* 句子也不太连贯。

* 句型单调。

* 词汇的轻重分配不好，非重点信息处也用了意义细节词。

Secondly, introverted people, although their shyness is not necessarily a flaw, need the training to improve their personality. Many of my students have proven this point; they have changed and become outgoing people since they took the course. Through the numerous times of practice deliveries of speech in front of the whole class, they have gradually learned to let go their ideas and feelings rather than hold them in. Since some of their ideas and feelings may contain disappointment, sorrow, and frustration, their expression clears their minds and is soothing. I am glad that they have evolved from silent and probably boring people to active individuals. 

Conclusion

达到目的就好，不要过分重复过往的内容，不要冗长拖沓。

At this point, the conclusion is that a university should requires all of its students to enroll in the public speaking course. The reasons, in brief, are that the course prepares students for their jobs and that developing the ability is for the students' personal enhancement.
