　   一、Do you agree or disagree with the follow statement? To achieve successful development of a country, the government should focus its budget more on very young children’s education rather than on universities.

　　1. universities: elites –get employed – devote themselves to economic development–make great contribution to the society (e.g. finance, English, computer science)
　　2. universities: do research – purchase advanced equipment – explore the unknown world – innovation – promote comprehensive national strength
　　3. universities: hire a large number of professors – doctor’s degrees – higher salaries – higher expenditure

　　1. now：prepare lessons – search a wide range of information online (e.g. PowerPoint slides, handouts, pictures, videos), download, share materials on the online forum – convenient and efficient
