    1 Reading: motivation research of consumer客户购买东西的动机:是公司为了调查消费者为什么不买他们产品的调查但是有的时候消费者自己也 aware不到为什么。问卷调查不能有效反映顾客的 motivation. Listening:教授说了一个例子。一个制衣 cloth公司因为运动衣 cloth不畅销,所以做了一个调查。他们没有直接问为什么,而是给 people杂志和剪刀,让他们剪 cut下来认为适合公司产品的图片。顾客剪下来的都是运动员图。所以就反映顾客认为他们的运动衣只适合运动衣,不适合大众。于是制衣公司就改进了。

    3 Reading:学校决定 limit the number of books borrowed from library.限制到10本,理由是学生一次借太多书看不过来。还有不按时还甚至丢书。?Listening:女生 feel it is terrible for two reasons.一是 she have many lesson and have to research, so she need many books at a time.一次需要20本。二是 she think school must trust its students that they can take good care of the book they borrowed还有底气地说 I never lost or misplace any books.

    6.【个人倡议】：health center的问题，文章说病人看病通常要等很久，而且即使等上了，也是一下就检查完了，因为医生已经overworked了，所以提出两条建议：1、增加医生2、要求医生周末也上班.

 

    7.【学生态度】：男的反对说，health center太小了，增加医生会使space显得更小，不方便.另外，周末在学校的学生本来就不多，大家都回家去happy,而且也不一定会生病，没必要要求医生上班.
